 , 2024\n\nThis conference is aiming to present the recent advances in the 
 interplay of the fields of Probability\, Complex and Harmonic Analysis\, a
 nd Approximation Theory.  The scope of the conference includes the follow
 ing topics: random matrix theory\, orthogonal polynomials\, singular integ
 ral operators\, interpolation and sampling\, functional spaces and their a
 pproximation methods\, and\, generally speaking\, probabilistic interpreta
 tions of analytic problems. Special attention is given to applications whi
 ch include color correction and color transformation techniques\, analysis
  of medical data\, in particular\, concerning clinical practices related t
 o pulmonology and infectious diseases.\n\nThe conference will also include
  the St. Petersburg Youth Meeting on Probability and Mathematical Physics\
 , which aims to bring together young researchers (recent PhD's\, finishing
  graduate\, undergraduate and master students\, and in exceptional cases\,
  bachelor students) in the fields of probability theory and mathematical p
 hysics. The section is focused on the following subjects (but not limited 
 to them): determinant and Pfaffian point processes\; branching processes\;
  random matrix spectra\; Gaussian and diffusion processes\; averaging of p
 eriodic operators\; random graphs\; statistical mechanics.\n\n \n\n\n\nPr
