 oups\, Commutative Algebra\, and Applications\n\nAugust 24 - 28\, 2026 \n
 \nThe conference will focus on algebraic geometry\, algebraic groups\, and
  commutative algebra. It aims to foster knowledge exchange and build resea
 rch networks between mathematicians in Russia and Vietnam. Topics to be di
 scussed at the conference include automorphism groups of algebraic varieti
 es\, actions of algebraic groups\, Chevalley groups\, algebraic K-theory\,
  Lie groups and Lie algebras\, local Artinian algebras\, computational met
 hods in algebra and algebraic geometry as well as other subjects. The conf
 erence will bring together leading scientists from Russia and Vietnam who 
 have achieved outstanding results in these fields.\n\nThis is the second c
 onference in a series of joint meetings in the framework of the project 
 “Flexibility and Computational Methods” realized by the Institute of M
 athematics of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) and the
  HSE University as a part of the International Academic Cooperation Progra
 mme. The first meeting took place in 2025 in Hanoi. We believe that collab
 oration between the researchers from leading scientific institutes and uni
 versities in Russia and Vietnam will make a significant positive contribut
 ion to the advancement of mathematics in both countries.\n\n   \n\n\nLi
