 ence on Probability Theory continues the tradition of scientific collabora
 tion between probabilists of Russia and China\, exemplified by successful 
 meetings including the Joint China-Russia Symposium on Probability Theory 
 in Saint-Petersburg (2013)\, the Joint China-France-Russia Symposium on Pr
 obability Theory in Beijing (2017)\, and the China-Russia Symposium on Pro
 bability Theory in Beijing (2023). The conference brings together leading 
 experts from the Russian Academy of Sciences\, Steklov Mathematical Instit
 ute\, St. Petersburg State University\, and the Chinese Academy of Science
 s\, as well as professors from top Chinese universities. The program will 
 cover various topics in probability theory and random processes\, includin
 g branching processes\, limit theorems\, random walks\, stochastic analysi
 s\, interacting particle systems\, and applications in economics\, finance
