Description
We study problem of noncompleteness of the system of exponentials $\{e^{\pm \lambda_n z}\}$ $(\lambda_n>0)$ in the space of continuous functions on the arc of bounded slope. In the terms of minorant sequence we have obtained new equivalent condition, which is sufficient for noncompleteness of the given system of exponentials. We also have proved that Siddiqi class is nontrivial if sequence $\{M_n^c\}$ satisfyes the A-condition.
