Conference dedicated to the 75-th anniversary of A.A.Suslin

19–20 October, 2026

Andrei Aleksandrovich Suslin is an eminent mathematician having an enduring role in the development of Algebraic K-theory and its applications. In collaboration with V. Voevodsky he created the theory of Motivic cohomology, solved about ten named problems that other distinguished mathematicians had not been able to solve, and founded the St. Petersburg schools of Algebraic K-theory, Algebraic geometry, and Motive theory. He was an invited speaker at three International Mathematical Congresses (1978, 1986, and 1994) and was a plenary speaker at the 1994 Congress.
